Item as advertised and arrived when promised which, as we all know, has not been Amazon's strong suit recently. So, add an extra star for on time arrival.But seriously, item exactly as described. My handyman had no trouble re-lining my winter screen covers. They look good as new and I am confident, judging by the weight, they will not need replacing for a good many years to come.After both me and our handyman searched high and low for just this type of plastic I can tell you that the price paid was very fair.

I ordered to cover the roof of a large garden shed I built but ran out of time to finish the roof before winter so I just had rafters up. I just draped the plastic over the building, stapled it only to the ends of the rafters and hoped for the best. We live in a very windy area with heavy snow and rains during the winter and it held up amazingly. A few of the sharp ends of the rafters poked through the plastic but there wasn't a rip or a tear anywhere. It held up to heavy snow and several storms and kept my shed dry for almost a year before I was able to finally put a real roof on.
