Promptly fixed issues
Had issues with the camera connectingbut the company contacted me back right away and fixed the issue for us. Have to fullyconnect it still but the company went beyond what they needed to.After it's connected I will update this :)

Will not stay online
This worked all for about a month. Now it continues to go offline. I have to re boot it and it works all for about 5 minutes and then it’s offline again. It sets literally right next to our router so I know it has great connection. Spend the extra money to get a better camera!

Judging from doing the test. The connection took a min to do, worked from second try. But as for picture quality just for monitoring, it's okay. It could definitely be better, it's not like HD picture. Both color and b/w modes. The picture does lag by several seconds.

Ease of installation
Love the picture quality and two way communication. I got this for my father in law, who is bedridden and suffers from Parkinson and dementia. This helps my mother in law monitor him while in another room. Great product to have.
