Shoe comes apart after a few months and you'll get no help.
Absolutely horrible customer service experience.I bought this shoe less than 6 months ago and I had tearing in the shoe sole. I contacted the manufacturer and they said that I bought this item from an unauthorized seller and refused to even process warranty to see if it was even ABLE to be claimed under warranty. This is being sold by an "unauthorized seller" from what I was told and this caused me to NOT have a warranty. I wonder how many OTHER products on amazon, companies will do this with. I think it's on Amazon to fix this issue but it's ultimately a product being sold FOR Merrell with the impression that it's BY Merrell. it is scummy practice to sell me something I have NO CLUE comes from someone OTHER than the name I read that I bought it from (Until it's on the receipt, which is after purchase).

Extremely comfortable with great support.. Your feet will feel like you are walking on a cloud. Merrell really knows what they are doing. Excellent hiking companion.

Cheap material?
Cheap material?It came in on May 4th, but tearing a little hole on the top near lace when 1st hiking a week ago. other parts seem okay. so I give two stars here.
