Not sure if this is a certified chain as claimed its made by another company than listed. Looks OK though.

Gold Standard chain which is good for bicycles/motorbikes and mobility scooters. The chain is heavy so best used in permanent situ in the vehicles parking place at home. I leave my chain locked through an iron ring which is cenented into the ground. It has a good thick cover so is weatherproof and does not damage the chrome or paintwork.NB this is only the chain. Great value and excellent security when purchased separately with the Sterling 100D 16mm Heavy Duty Sold Secure Diamond & Gold Padlock U Lock - Black. In fact cheaper than buying a combined Gold Standard chain/lock combo product. I had no problem getting my scooter covered by my home contents insurance with this chain and lock when stored at the front of the house even though mobility scooter insurance require scooters to be normally kept in secure buildings and home and contents insurances generally dont insure road valid ‘vehicles’.

The price/quality ratio is very good here. The chain is hefty and massive, just keep in mind it’s obviously without a padlock as it’s £19.99 for a Sold Secure GOLD rated chain.I actually returned this one and bought another one from Amazon which is SILVER rated for £27 but includes a padlock as well, or rather a small D-lock as it says. It’s from Master Lock. Not trying to promote anything, just describing my experience.This chain is still one of the TOP ones.

Great little chain hard almost like a Pewag analogue. It is a bit over 2kg, so suitable for a larger bicycle or a smaller bike. Needs to be combined with a Gold Secure Silver or CEN 4 padlock.
