The Horn itself is of wonderful quality, its solid and not hollow like others are, unfortunately the chain broke in the middle around my wife's neck while she was sat down, must have been a weak link that eventually gave up the ghost. Unfortunately this happened outside of the guarantee period. We have another chain my wife could use but that wont fit through the loop holding the horn, so now the horn just sits in a box doing nothing. Would have rated 5 stars if the chain hadn't broken :(

As this was a Mother's day present abit disappointed the chain had been broken and fixed together in the wrong place so there's no loop for the hook. Please could you replace the chain.
