This rail is awesome. Not too big and assists getting out of bed. I need it more for balance. It was installed in 10 minutes. Easy Peasy. Seems very stable and didn't need to use strap. My mattress is very heavy.

Bought this for my elderly parents and was able to set up in just a few minutes. Very simple design made it easy to install. The hardest part was getting the strap across the bed under the mattress but it can be slid up to where you want it. The rails are a compact but sturdy design. Can be used with thicker or thinner mattresses. The underbar goes back pretty far so it offers more support.

Very Good item finally able to get out of bed without struggle very easy to put together . only thing is I wish is for a deeper style pockets .

This is second type of this kind of product I ordered. This was so so easy to put together and install took less than 8 minutes. Excellent works great well make. I would recommended this product without question. The instruction was very good easy to assemble no tools or screws to deal with. Very happy.As I say this was the second kind of this product the other I wasted 2 hours on trying to put together and just gave up and sent back.This product anyone can put together easy and fast Thank you again. As an Orthopedic RN, I recognize the importance of patients having the ability of using devices/equipment that helps them be more mobile in a safe way. A siderail offers stability in getting in and out of bed, help w posturing, etc. My husband is having spine surgery this week and got this rail to help him post operatives at home. This rail isn't flimsy, made strong! Easily adjusts in height with a nice side pocket for his phone, etc. The length bars slide well under the mattress and stay put! He's been practicing getting in and out of bed and we both are very pleased with this purchase. He isn't elderly, this is a great tool for anyone who may need bedside assistance upon arising, to steady yourself, in reducing a fall.
