don't waste your money
Tried these for a few nights, then left a couple of the bags out overnight to find the exact same result as they had stuck to my feet. So, I did a bit of research to find that there's absolutely no scientific evidence to support these 'detox' patches, which explained why they go black whether exposed to skin or not. Don't waste your money folks
