Add more water to the mixture. The batter needs to be very thin. Using the package directions makes it to thick, it doesn’t spread well in my Doza pan and comes out like a regular American pancake. I use a lower heat, my doza comes out thin and crispy. It takes some experimenting and practice to get right for us westerners.

If you’re craving for dosa then you can try this but it’s not as good as the restaurant ones or the homemade dosa. The taste is just not the same
