Fixed my fireplace issue, very reasonably priced.

Recently bought a house with a propane fireplace that wouldn't stay lit. Replaced thermopile and that still didn't work. Took a chance and ordered this gas valve. It works perfectly. Photos depict the gas log model, etc. and the gas valve I replaced. I did the replacement myself but I am pretty handy and comfortable working with natural gas appliances. I know how to check for leaks, etc. Happy with the purchase. Much less expensive than a replacement gas log unit.

Our electric fireplace was not working correctly, so my husband wanted to order this part. It came quickly and fixed our issues we were having.

This GAS valve works great. My only issue is that the pilot flame injector is making a small amount of hissing noise as it injects the pilot flame. Late at night with things are still, you can hear the pilot, like a tiny blow torch. I'm told this is normal for new units. After several nights I managed to tune it out so I don't hear it anymore .Otherwise FYI only.

Need to repair a Majestic gas fireplace, the only issue I had was the heat sensor didn't fit perfectly but a 2 dollar metric tap to make the hole bigger did the trick and fixed the fireplace

I have an older Vermont Castings gas stove who's gas valve was discontinued many years ago. This valve is not a 100% drop in replacement but it was easy to make it work. The only thing missing that I needed was the spark ignitor but that's not the valve's fault.
