Q: How far apart should the hooks be spaced to? have it hang properly for a 6 foot tall man. I want to make sure I space it properly

This is a great question! Our Hanging Chair Hammock is different from a traditional hammock (and even better than you'd expect). You can sit in it like a chair, but you can also kick back and lay allllllll the way down for a full-body experience... it's heavenly! Because the Hanging Chair is more of a “recliner-style” hammock, the main consideration when deciding how far apart to hang the ends is actually your shoulder width (not your height). The broader your shoulders, the more space you want to give yourself between the two hanging points. We usually recommend having the loops of the hammock somewhere around 42" apart (but it might be best for YOU anywhere between 36"-48"). And you might end up experimenting a bit to find your perfect hanging distance… We also send plenty of tips out with the hammocks because people have so many different creative ways of hanging them up!
