This light therapy works without a doubt in my mind. You begin feeling the difference immediately! The product just came. It was late arriving even with a two day shipping on the box. Used it and did not see a difference right away. I will keep trying to see what happens.

The media could not be loaded.  Using the red, blue, and green lights on my face provides a noticeable skin-tightening effect for a few hours. But... My friend, who has been using the Red Therapy for Face consistently for 45 days, has seen a permanent difference in fine lines. It's reassuring to witness positive results, encouraging me to stick with this 7 Color Face Skin Rejuvenation device for long-term benefits on my face and neck.

I think this mainly works as an alternative to gua sha, helping to drain excess buildup. It's very smooth and easy to use. It is a very calming experience that can be done anywhere, just running it over my face and neck definitely makes me feel relaxed. I have used it with all my skin care on or with just an oil or moisturizer, you definitely want something that's going to help is glide smoothly or you're just defeating the purpose. This isn't going to change your skin overnight, it's a long-term commitment to skin care, and at the price it's a good introduction before you plunge into more expensive options. I found it a little too easy to accidentally hit the button and either turn it off or change the light before I wanted to. I also feel like it has a few too many settings, I guess if you just use a different setting every night? It didn't hold a charge as long as I'd have liked either.

This device appears to be well made, and all functions operate as indicated in the manual: There are settings (ie, different color lights) to promote collagen production, soothe inflammation, reduce melatonin production, relax skin, etc. I haven't had it long enough to see results, but in general, it seems like a good introduction to the concepts of light therapy (I'm personally not convinced any "beauty tool" is more effective than a good night's sleep and a little stress reduction, but if you're interested in what light therapy can do for your skin, this is a good low-cost start).

I bought this product after watching some Tik Tok Video. I don’t recommended it doesn’t really do much.

So I own a mask that does light therapy, and I've always felt that with continued use it was doing it's job. I stopped for a bit and noticed my skin wasn't as nice. Unfortunately the mask only worked for my facial area, leaving my neck and other body parts needing some LIGHT LOVE.That's where this comes in. I'm able to use it errwhere, neck, arms, legs, and after all this time I'm noticing differences. Skin splotchiness has stopped, and I feel like my flesh is generally tighter. I've considered doing one arm to compare to the other that I haven't used this on, buuuut I don't want to be without balance. If I'm brave enough to do this in the future, I will 100 percent update my review. Don't count on it though, I'm skeered.It's easy to hold, has good battery life, and is comparable to similar items price-wise. I'd recommend, if you have the money to spend, or already have found light therapy to work.

If you’re just getting into skin care or need an at home spa night this device is perfect! After two weeks daily use I noticed a reduction in swelling in my cheeks and neck and my skin’s texture to be a bit better. This doesn’t mean you can skip seeing an esthetician, but it definitely helps if facials are out of your budget.
