I know they’re aimed mainly at kids but I’m a adult (26) and I take them and i definitely feel a difference I have horrible anxiety and adhd and it can make me overwhelmed to go outside , rest well or feel just so overstimulated by things I take 2 early in the morning and it has helped me through the day I do notice a difference in relaxation too they’re melatonin free which I like they’re not a sleep aid so keep that in mind if you’re someone who needs that either for you or your kids. The texture is good too it’s not to hard or to soft which I appreciate a lot , price is good also. They’re not as sweet either which is great for me since I don’t like overly sweet things. Im sure this will work for some people. But for my kids it didn't do anything for them. They did say they taste good. No difference in sleep or energy levels. Great quality as with and zarbees product and a good value if it works for your kids.

First, my daughter loves the taste and she is very picky. She started waking up in the middle of the night and having anxiety.
