The suction on this is more significant than any girlfriend you've had. DO NOT assume that you should use the full power right off the bat. I did so, making sure not to let it stay longer than 2 seconds on any spot on my face. I had about have my face done before I looked at my face as a whole and realized what was happening. I'm told now that I look like I have a disease or that an elephant came up to me and used its trunk to give me a half face sized hickie. Also apparently large skin bruises like this can supposed cause blood clots leading to strokes when they are above the jaw line, albeit its rare to happen.Take a hot shower, use the needle tools to poke your pours, then run the vacuum on its lowest setting over your face. Don't kick up the power until after you see the results. Take my screw up as your experience so you don't have to get stared at everywhere you go until your face heals. If your worried anyways on lower settings, just do small parts of your face and then immediately ice pack it after cleaning it. You don't want any of the nicknames the more creative and lude friends will come up with.For it's price though, it's a strong pick. Has everything you need to get rid of the large pores we get on our faces when we get older as guys. Beats the heck out of that black tape stuff, both figuratively and literally.

This thing is not magic, it comes with everything you need it you know what your doing but don’t expect perfection. Frankly it has been acting more as a plesebo than anything because of the trade offs that come with it. the lowest setting doesn’t do much but as you increase the setting it will start to get more and more out. Unfortunately that comes at the cost of our skin. on the second and Third setting, if you let it sit in one spot to get anything meaningful out, it will give you a good mol-tie-day hickie. and on higher settings it will literally pull blood out from under your skin.I have never found a good middle ground with this thing and I have just been using the lowest setting not seeing any visual indicator that it is working.

I saw reviews where people were bruised. I started at the lowest setting & went up from there. No bruising. I love how my skin feels so much cleaner!

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone with black head issue's. This product simply doesn't work for that. Only good for white heads spots !

I purchased this as a gift for my partner who likes this sort of thing. He absolutely loved it and said it sucked all the gunk out on the lowest setting. He hasn’t had to use the little tools yet, but overall I see him use it often so it must be a great buy.

I use this right after I get out of the shower while my pores are still open. It removes so many blackheads and quickly! Be careful with the suction levels, I had a couple hickeys the first time I used it.

I thought this had a camera, bummed because it was just as expensive. Will be returning.

It worked! But it did leave some bruising on face. Definitely need to keep it moving and not let it sit on 1 spot for to long.
