Purchased these speakers to replace some weather worn IEM camper speakers. Install was perfect and they sound amazing in and out of my camper. So glad I purchased these and the slim design was perfect for my installation.

These speakers were a replacement for a larger set. I changed the counter top and the old set were to large. The new ones worked perfectly. I only wish that there was a back plate. Had to manufacture one before I could mount them.

Sound isn't mind blowing but Sounds good and clear. Great speaker for the price point.

I replaced some cracked speakers in a 2000 Jayco RV. Same size.Theses fit perfect and sound great. Have survived at lease three serious rains and a terrible hale storm

I bought a new different boat and the speakers were blown and sounded terrible so I decided to change them after searching for some weather proof speakers I came across the Pyle PLMRS53WL they were the right size I was looking for and they looked good so I bought them, I am not disappointed with them they look and sound great.

So why three stars....The speakers are fine for my application but when I encountered a problem with one of the mounting screws the fun beganOne defective screw, that's it, just one. The phillips head indentations were not properly molded so the screw was unusable. I go to the Pyle website and open up a request on May 27 and receive a response (see below)Your request (87239) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.I suppose complex problems like mine require significant review because to date I have still not received a replacement or even a reply saying screw you, you're on your own. As you can tell I have little patience for organizations that can't quite perform the simply tasks. What exactly would support staff do if not support?Hey, maybe I'm just po'ed so take your chances but be advised that if you need similar assistance you may be the next to write a reply like mine.

Received an install in just a few minutes. Only issue was the old speakers had larger pins to connect. Just squeezed in on the older wires.Now listening to a much better quality in this speaker that goes with the new Pyle Radio/Cd player.So if you want to upgrade I highly recommend these speakers.I decided on the marine speakers in my travel trailer knowing that boats take a pounding depending on the water conditions and the same if I’m on the road. Solid quality all the way around. 😀. I’m retired Navy & know all about large & small boats & the pounding you get at times 😀

We bought these as replacements for our camper. Even though looked up current size vs. These and were supposed to be same these are smaller than what had but seem to be okay. Have good sound.

They sound OK for the price, standard mounting holes.

Because they are very shallow speakers, they do the job for the purpose they are built for. Very average sound quality.

What a difference of sound compared to the old speakers. Great sound, was able to enjoy listening to the hockey games in 2022. I had to widen up the original hole, but that was not a problem. The speakers were easy to install. Happy with the product.
