This is very good. I put it into my Magic Bullet with ice and water and make a slushie.

It does what it says it does. I was in ketosis in a half hour according to my ketone blood reader. Does it taste great? Eh.... but it taste better than other ones though. None of them will taste amazing to be honest. It's very hard to flavor ketones so they did a great job with what they could. I like the flavor of this one over many other higher priced ones.

Put me in KETO for almost 3 hours!! This flavor has a more tart flavor which isn’t so bad, I don’t mind it. I can’t give it 5 stars only because it does not full dissolve as well as other KETO mixes I’ve tried. It’s not a ton of product that doesn’t dissolve. I try to drink this over 30-60 minutes, so my body can absorb it better. I do vigorously shake it before each drink. I do highly recommend

My husband and I are almost finished with the container so here are a couple of thoughts....1) We like the taste, use a lot of water.2) Does help with brain fog and energy. I feel great with one cup of coffee, my second drink is the Keto mix3) No ketosis yet, still working (purchased the strips for testing.4) Constipation (some) does pass5) Headaches (me) does passSo there's the good the bad and the ugly of our experience, more to come because I just purchased another container :)

It came on time and was comparable in flavor and quality to the more expensive counterparts. The only thing I was a bit disappointed about was that the powder never dissolved despite following the directions. I always have powder left at the bottom of my drink. It's a great flavor for a sweet tooth. It's like lemonade essentially.

Been using this product for a week now and I can notice some changes in energy and mental clarity when using it pre-workout. There are also times I’ve used it throughout the day as a way to maintain ketosis and again, I’ve noticed the tell tale signs of my energy and clarity getting revved up a little from ketosis being activated, even if only for a few hours. I don’t bother with Ketone strips because I’ve been fat adapted for over a year now, but this product does work (for those who also don’t use or can’t afford the urine strips). My one complaint is with the packaging itself. I took one star off because the powder sifts/leaks out from the screw on lid, so beware if you toss it into your gym bag or if it tips and rolls over in any way, the powder will work its way out constantly, making a bit of waste each time you open the lid to use it.

Well, I can't say for certain that this product helped me to lose weight, HOWEVER (and yes, this is BIG STUFF).... I am already in ketosis, and have been steadily losing weight. I had been plagued by brain fog from the keto diet, and I really think this drink put it to rest. I feel a LOT more clear-headed now, am still losing weight, and I think I am even sleeping better.I would recommend this supplement, although the other reviewers were right about mixing half a scoop into a beverage. I did not find the drink to be gritty at all when doing this, and although it's not the best taste ever, it sure isn't bad. You do NOT have to choke it down, like many other exogenous ketones!

I've only been using this a few days but this tastes amazing. It tastes like a treat not like a health drink. I've had a lot of energy also. I would buy this again for sure
