These are nice small shears. Perfect for cutting thread for embroidery. Not so great for fabric.

Iron working shears
Perfect for medieval-Roman age replica. Oily to keep it rust free, an excellent example of early technology for reenactment or teaching.

Authentic iron scissors, slight imperfections, cutting is 4/5
The media could not be loaded. Overall these are a great old world looking pair of scissors, I have a tiny pair but wanted some larger ones, these feel and look as I'd hoped. My only notes are that the black was already coming off it in a couple small areas with some brighter silver showing through, and that the cutting itself feels a little like the blades rub too much. I made a video to show this. I did try to cut some paper and opened an Amazon box with it, too-both worked fine, not sure how they'd fair with tougher tests.
