OmniCo - Iron Patches – 30 Pack

No worries with these patches. I just put it on before bed and when I wake up I remove it. The patched have worked great. I have been using for 3 months and new blood work is so much better. Great product at a great price.

I actually had high hopes for these. Because iron supplements tend to get me constipated after a couple uses. So I was hoping that this could eliminate that issue. However, I didn't experience much difference. The adhesion is ok in the beginning; but it doesn't last for a very long. At least with me... I cannot say whether it will work for someone else. But as me... They just weren't a good alternative.

These little vitamin patches are super easy to use, they just stick on your skin like a soft sticker. I put one on my outer thigh and it stuck well for a couple hours then rubbed against my pants enough that it started to come off. I couldn't tell if the iron was actually being absorbed or not. I do have sensitive skin and this patch did not irritate my skin.

These patches are easy to use, adhere well and come off easily with no sticky residue left behind. They aren't painful for me to pull off but I tend to use them on my stomach which is pretty hairless.I can't consume iron pills too often - they make me queasy and I tend to get colds when I do since they need vitamin c for a body to digest them...and if I have them a few days in a row, that can be bad for me where my immunity dips and then I get sick. These patches are way better than pills for me. Maybe that means they don't work as well. I am not really sure. I feel less fatigued while on them.

The stickers are decently adhesive. as for what they are and what they do... they didn't seem to make a difference. I was looking for something that would bring my Anemia numbers up and this just didn't do that. if you need iron, i think an oral supplement might be the way to go. I just wasn't impressed by these.
