This is the first permanent filter that I've ever used that makes good tasting coffee. I see a lot of reviews that complain about the fine holes plugging up but I've had no trouble cleaning the filter after using. Rinse the filter first from the outside so you don't force grounds into the holes, then rinse the inside gently. Finally, use a sponge and dishwasher soap and apply from the outside first, then the inside. I haven't had any trouble with plugged holes. Also, I grind with a medium corse setting to keep the muddy deposits to a minimum.

i have a very good prosumer grinder, the ceado E6P, i tell you which grinder i use to say that i don't get poorly ground coffee with tons of fines. i purchased the model that should fit my technivorm moccamaster, it fits perfectly, in theory, it actually is 1/2" too short, the filter should reach the top of the filter basket but it sets 1/2 " down in the basket. the filter looks like it should be an excellent filter, but as i come to the bottom of my cup i get a slurry, an almost muddy last few sips, which i have never experienced before. the coffee itself is watery, it just runs through the filter too fast, not enough time coffee and water in contact., so, i kind have to use the filter as an immersion brew type of filter, i keep the coffer basket closed to give the water more time with the ground coffee, this does give a better result, but it does add to the slurry effect. and for the money a person should not have to use workarounds to make the product work. looks are deceiving with this product

Very good filter for brewed coffee & easy to clean, too!

Perfect alternative to using paper filters for the Moccamaster KBGV. It’s high quality, easy to clean, and works as-needed.

Initially I am suspicious of the marketing description of this coffee filter. After receiving it and using it for my mornings joe, it truly lived up to its use. It filters the coffee grinds when I am making coffee in the mornings . When cleaning it for the next morning coffee, it can be cleaned easily and there is no residue. It can be cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher. This is an excellent filter.

Poor design, tried this 3 times already and each time it gets stuck, doesn’t filter well at all either.
