I received the Dyson and when I opened it, there was hair all over, someone had been using it before.The item was declared as brand new… I’m very disappointed as this was supposed to be a birthday present and now I have to send it back.

Without original box and stickers. Inside everything is wrinkled. I will flight tomorrow, and buy this for a gift. I’m so disappointed. No have time for return. It’s horrible!!!!!!!
