Item shipped smelled burnt when I received it and the power cord was black as if it was used and burned. I charged the item twice once over night and once 5 hours today and both times it will say battery is full. Then when I turn it on within 5 mins battery shows 1 bar then does. I was able to do 1 curl and it died. How can someone curl their hair when it does not hold a charge longer then 1 curl ? Second time I tried it I didn’t even get 1 curl. Poor buy I do not recommend.

I love curling iron! Nothing but curls! Make sure you do small parts so your hair do not get tangled

I would love to give this more stars but the battery life on it is disappointing. I was thrilled by how well it does with my hair and how it cut a lot of time out but the battery always seems to die quickly. I always find myself putting it on the charger half way through my hair and I'm wondering if it's the charging cord that it came with that might be damaging the battery. if I want to do my hair I always have to allot time for it to charge in-between and that's my only downside. Aside from that it's fantastic 👌🏽

Good concept but the only way that I could even try to product was to keep it plugged in to curl a couple strands hair. The curl on my hair was good but there was no way that I could use it because it would start the first curl and then die. I thought maybe it was because it didn't charge fully so I charged it overnight and it was the same out come. It starts to curl and then battery dies, returned as defective.

This is great... if only it worked as advertised... I had alot of difficulty getting the ends of my hair to curl (but the rest turned out nice). You really want those beautiful curls on the ends... it would not curl it though.Also died after curling about 1/2 of my hair (not tye 60 min as advertised). I also have very thin and not akot of hair so it really should have lasted for ny whole head.Dissapointed in this products performance.

I bought and loved the curling iron in the beginning. Just after the return period ran out it stopped charging and not turns off even when plugged in. Too late to return and stuck with a product that doesn't work

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this for my most recent trip to Europe and it did not disappoint! It is so easy and quick to use! It’s about the size of a water bottle and recharges via micro usb. I really thought this would just tangle and knot my hair but it surprisingly didn’t. This will def become a staple travel item for me

I have had three of these and they are all DEFECTIVE!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM. Even the replacement one to replace the defective item was DEFECTIVE.
