Archipelago Solo Expansion Card Game

This was far smaller than anticipated, but that's nothing against the product. My brother was VERY pleased with this expansion.

I ordered this and when it arrived it was sealed but contained lots of card duplicates, with half of the cards missing (including half of the English rules). Most of the scenarios were also duplicates meaning I only have half of the product I ordered.The bits that I do have seem pretty fun but the fact that only half of the cards were in the pack and they were there twice kind of ruins it.

Really not worth it. The solochallenges are just not fun and almost impossible unless you are lucky. I have no desire to play these again at all and the main game is amazing.

I have to admit I enjoyed the solo expansion more after I read up on it and played through it a few times.The cards are a little difficult to understand, as they only have pictures and no reference material to describe them.Playing can be a little frustrating at first since the mechanics often work against you, however it does provide replay-ability; which I believe is far more valuable than making the goals easily solvable.For those interested in buying this. It has a lot of luck involved. If you're looking for a pure strategy game, it's not going to match your expectations.
