Only problem I would say is the phone doesn't come with a charger thankfully I had one anyway phonewise it's mint condition not one scratch on the phone battery life is brilliant doesn't get hot absolute bargain for the price

Battery
The item was listed as refurbished, but the battery is no good as you have to keep it on charge. If not the battery goes very quick. This is no good for my son who has ADHD and autism. I now have an issue of trying to take the phone off of him to get it fixed this is why I’m contacting Amazon.

"excellent condition" they said, the rest is fine, it's a good phone for £200, but those scratches are a deal braker. it was packaged well btw, so i know it didn't get damaged in transit :/
