I ordered this product based on a recommendation from a family member and it did not disappoint. I had bariatric surgery a year and a half ago and struggle to meet my daily protein requirement, so I drink a protein shake daily as an additive to my coffee.I ordered the vanilla because I like my coffee a caramel color, and I was pleasantly surprised. I mixed it in a blender bottle with SF vanilla almond milk and the mixture came out smooth and creamy and complemented the coffee in the best way, no additional sugar or creamer was necessary. I would recommend this protein to anyone looking to increase their daily protein! It's delicious!

Very satisfying shake
My son makes these before heading out to sports practices and they are perfect for holding him over to meal time. He makes them with almond milk and adds frozen fruit (mango, strawberries, pineapple). He loves them!

$5.50 per serving is worth it
The price is shocking right? Okay let's consider this is 30 servings. That takes that 165$ down to 5.50$ per serving. I'm not sure about you but that's easily lower than my normal lunches when I'm eating out. So once I started looking at it that this shake was replacing a whole meal for myself during the day and coming in at less than what I pay each day for a lunch for example the shock wore off. Just spending money up front vs trickling it out every day.That point out of the way lets cover the shake itself. These are high quality ingredients. I went the 30 days without any issue from gas, bloating, or stomach discomfort. The shake is sweetened with Stevia and that's an issue for some but I love the stuff so no complaints here. It is the smallest ingredient on the list. The amount of stuff in the shake does a great job at creating a complete meal resource. Despite the caloric count I was able to feel full and keep this as the only food for that meal each day. I didn't end up eating another meal on top of it later.Overall if you view this as buying next month's lunches all at once this isn't that expensive and coupled with the the good reaction to feeling full and a happy gut it's worth it.
