This device is very user friendly and versatile. Light weight and does what it says it does. After checking out different reviews on different ab stimulators with the preferred budget, I went with this one. I found this to be quite helpful with keeping on top of my ab workouts without too much effort. I already do ab workouts at the gym, but for the days I'm not there or not in the mood to do them at home this makes it so much easier. I like that I can multitask while wearing it. Also great value for the money and the battery lasts long enough.

I love it. Several modes to choose from. A bit irritating if the setting is too high. You feel your ab muscles working and contracting. I highly recommend the product.

Honestly I was very excited once I got my package and hurried to use it and I was very disappointed, the remote does not power the stimulant correctly I used all of them and switched them out in hopes maybe one would work with it but no. honestly it was a waste of my money, do not buy it, just stick to the regular sit ups and abs workouts. I would of given this 0 stars but there is no option to do so.

Very strong, it does actually shock to contract the muscles. It feels weird at first but you get used to it.

We use it every day and have both noticed a tightening of our ab muscles. I have noticed that it appears to be firming my belly and increasing my core strength even after just a couple of weeks.It is very convenient to use. The different modes are interesting. My favorite mode is 1, but my wife prefers 5. We do use the others for a bit of variation but use our favorites most of the time. Very pleased with the purchase and will keep using it.

Being the lazy person that I am I'm not a big fan of exercising. A product that helps us to get exercise without the actual work sounds too good to be true but I decided to try it anyway. After using this I do find that my abs feel tired as if they have been exercising. It does seem to work as claimed. I'll try to remember to come back in a few months after using it longer term to update but so far it seems to really work and I am happy with it.
