I get so many compliments on these shoes every time I am at the gym. My favorite workout shoe for weightlifting will always be the Chuck Taylor All Star and this mid rise style is everything. It is nearly impossible to find them in my size in any color, especially in my favorite palette of black, tan, and white. Pure class, and if you know me you know exactly why I said that. If you are not a big sneaker person or if you toured with Warped Tour and you are an actual OG emo kid, not whatever my daughter thinks an emo kid is, you are going to love these. You can dress them up, dress them down, and they still keep that timeless edgy charm. For my weightlifters, the flat mid rise design is perfect because you get the stability you need without the high top digging into your ankle. They are clean, supportive, and look good with everything. Highly recommend.

This is my first time buying Converse, and I honestly avoided them for years because I thought they’d be too snug, especially since I have wide feet. I was pleasantly surprised! These shoes are actually very comfortable, and I have enough room to move my toes without feeling cramped. I bought them for an upcoming concert, so I’ll update later on how they feel after wearing them all day. For reference, I’m a women’s size 8, and I ordered an 8, it fits perfectly, so I didn’t need to size up. So far, I’m really happy with this purchase!
