Product works exactly as expected. Speaker is loud and clear. Microphone pics up my voice clearly. Trigger works great and dosnt accidentally get activated. Accidentally spilled a water on it a couple times, and it still works.Happy I got it, especially for the price scince most that attach to these harris radios cost much more.

Not heavy duty, but very usable for the price. No problems thus far, clear audio on Tx and Rx. Connection and removal is easy.
