I'll update my review - I never reached out to the company, figured the price was alright and I wasn't out much. But after my review they reached out to me to make things right and said they're making improvements. I will try their product again because they believe in customer service!Heavy duty hose that appears well made but within a couple months hose separated from rubber boot like others have mentioned.

Was poor quality but worked. It did not attach very tightly to the top part of the hose, so that popped out once in a while. Worth it to go buy the real item from the original company that the machine is made from. IMO

Doesn’t have the climate line plug, but actually like this better. The rubber on the hose ends holds and secures the mask hose way better. My previous OEM hose was starting to lose its grip but this one secures over that adapter WAY better. No slipping off in the middle of the night. Not as flexible as the OEM hose, but hasn’t bothered me yet. Will be sticking to these for the future.

So I had to order these again because a hole ripped in the tube close to the connection to the machine. I wanted to try them again to see if it was just an accident or it they really are that delicate. I thought they were studier than that.
