Thread Lock Blue 1.69 Fl oz/50 ml Medium Strength, Lock & Seal Nuts, Bolts, Fasteners and Metals, Blue Threadlocker Against Losening and Leakage

I bought a bottle of FT Blue Threadlocker when I first joined the hobby from my local hobby shop. It worked great and lasted me a while. I ran out and was looking to buy more. LHS didn't have it in stock so I went to the internet and searched. I got this and was blown away by the amount you get for the price! I paid 7 dollars for the old stuff I had and only got 0.3 ounces. I paid eight dollars for this and got 1.69 ounces! This bottle will last me a long time! Works very well on a kit I just built. I tested it after 48 hours to allow it time to cure and the screws had very strong bonds. I was able to get them out with quality hex screwdrivers without any trouble but if you are not using quality screwdrivers, you will strip them out using this threadlocker! Very happy with this purchase

At any point when a threaded connection HAS to stay together and not leak, you want this product on those threads.

Works good price real good what else can I say?

I have a sawmill that vibrates a lot while in use and I have had to replace nuts and bolts almost daily. I used this product to secure replacement nuts and bolts and, to date, none have even come loose, let alone fallen out. It can be used anywhere you want to lock down a nut - car, truck, ATV, tractor, camper, even stationary to prevent theft (they are nearly impossible to remove without applying heat).

I have used the name brand for decades, and this blue thread lock works just as well. Large bottle should be a lifetime supply for most DIY users, so it is a great value. I use it on fasteners that need to stay put under vibration: cars, machinery, tools, bicycles, ski boots, etc. Great to always have on hand, recommended.

Have been using for a couple months now with no complaints. I can't tell the difference between this and the name brand product. This is a much better price.

This product applies much like brand-name Loctite. I've applied it to some nuts that ought not move. Too soon to tell how tight they're locked. But, so far, so good.The bottle says it has a shelf life of two years. It's a pretty big bottle considering how little gets used each time. Odds are, I won't use it up before it's expired.

This bottle of blue thread lock seems to work as well as the name branded blue liquid. In my limited use so far it has been working well. The size of the bottle is a great value compared to the name brand. For only a little more you get get about 8 times the volume so if you need a lock of thread locking solution this is a really good buy.Now for the slight negatives:-Amount of liquid is a concern because over time it may expire and lose effectiveness or dry out.-The cap is secure but it is not a screw cap so I'm worried if I forget to cap it tightly which will cause it to dry out more quickly. I would have preferred a screw cap to make sure it is secure.
