Bought Two
Needed a set of rails for two panels and the second set was received today with, NO hardware to install it… not sure what this bolt is that came with it…

Works out well enough.
When I put the 200 watt Renogy solar panel vertically on this mount, the whole thing was wobbly. I have it on the ground, and I think the company expected these to be mounted on an RV or something like that. So, I put the panel on in the landscape position at the bottom. Now, it is stable, but I have these rails sticking up with nothing on them. They will make for good handles for moving the panel to the summer position. I guess that is something. I wanted it to work vertically, but horizontal is the only stable alternative.

Simple but it works
This bracket is quite simple: it is a set of two “triangles” that you assemble by screwing together three pieces of aluminum each. The profiles have holes along the full length so the bracket angle is fully adjustable. Then you attach a panel to both brackets with included screws. Renogy panels already have holes for that in the frame, so no drilling will be necessary. I bought the 50-inch version and it fits perfectly two Renogy 100w panels. It will also fit nicely one 200W panel. Note that the set only includes hardware for attaching one panel , you will need to come up with your own hardware for the second panel. The instruction was practically useless but the installation is quite obvious. It only takes time because you do it wrong, backwards etc the first time. I would call it light to medium duty due to relatively thin aluminum, but it will do the job. There’s virtually nothing there that can rust. Overall I am satisfied with the result although it could have been cheaper for such a simple bracket.Update: bought another one but had to wait for almost half a month, ended up canceling the order. There’s something going on with Renogy items recently, they just fail to deliver or send already returned items. I no longer recommend this bracket

Perfect for my 2 panels
My panels are 26 inches wide so I was a little worried about it fitting but I took a chance and it worked. My panels are ecoworthy 195w incase anyone has similar these work but you have to drill 2 holes on the sides (shorter end) because there aren't any.I plan to add some legs to get them off the ground but good enough for now
