packaging not adequate
Product did not arrive appearing damaged but when attempts were made to install it , damage showed up and it would not operate. The unit is fairly heavy (about( 60lb) and had no grips or strapping to help in handling. Returned and replaced with another vendor

this pump really works well I think it is a good deal.
This pump moves some water. The electrical connections are pretty cramped together so you have to keep everything cut really short but it’s workable.

Issue with UPS Damage
Exceptional customer support. Purchased pump as it was made in America. Glad I did. Pump very well made.Product quality is always a reason to buy BUT the service from this company is exceptional. Pump had arrived with control board cracked from shipping. Required return to company and would have delayed installation by weeks. Customer service sent me a pump without receiving returned pump. Replacement upgraded model.I normally do not recommend a company but will make exception. BUY this company's products. Forget those other pump companies. You will not be sorry.

Electrical cord is not included
This is a very good pump. It was simple to set up and is able to run my zones with 17 to 20 sprinklers and over a 1000' of 1 1/2" under ground lines.
