Not sure how there’s not fragrance in this product. The smell is like perfume from the 80’s. I had to wash it off immediately it was so strong.Also this is not Anna’s - marketing is deceitful.

It advertises as Anna’s Wild Yam cream and it is not. It uses a similar picture on the bottle. It only says main ingredient on back but does not list the rest and the box it came in was wrapped in plastic and in Chinese. I wanted Anna’s because it is all organic. And the smell is not great

Hot flashes for over 17 years. Have tried everything..this is the only thing that works for me..going on a year. I put it on morning and night and if I miss, I'll start with hot flashes the very next day. I keep a lot on hand so as not to run out.

Love this product! You only need a small amount so your Wild Yam Gel will last for a very reasonable amount of time. It isn’t greasy at all. It has helped balance my hormones significantly. I will never be without it..
