This is definitely one of the most intense massagers I've used. It feels amazing if you get it in just the right spot. It's way more effective than massagers that are "flat" and only have rotating balls/nodes. Even though the large upper part is pretty soft and pliable, it still grips and squeezes pretty hard - if you're sensitive or bruise easily, I would probably hesitate to buy this.It's intended for your neck and shoulders but I found that it also works nicely on the lower back and legs. It's not very big, it's incredibly quiet, and the battery seems to last at least 8-10+ uses before needing to be charged. If you need something to REALLY work some muscles, this is a great option.Update: Still working perfectly after more than a month.

I love this machine. I would buy it again. I own the machine with the balls, but it’s a little intense for the side of my knee that I hurt so I thought I’d give this one a shot.. it works really good. It’s very comfortable and it’s not as intense as the balls but like I said I like both of the machines and I will use both of them, but I’m glad I bought this would buy it again and I like the company I’ve had the one with the balls for a few years and it’s Held up really good. The machine is really worth buying and a good company.

Used this for my knee & legs after having nerve issues and used multiple times daily. Charged it last night and came into the room smelling like burning wires (possibly due to a bad connection?). Now it won't turn on. (Edited- the company did review this and emailed me offering a full refund on the product!! I was impressed with company response and offer as it was not expected. Excellent customer service!)Pros- power level was good.Cons- it is heavy but sturdyIt does tend to overheat on its own after a little while burned itself out after 7 months of use but did use quite a lot.

This wasn't an issue for me, and probably won't be for you if you have extra phone or small electronic chargers laying around.

This massager works as well as any other product from this company. Since I’ve had several back and neck massagers from them. I tend to stick with the same company since the quality is good this massager is very easy to just throw on your back slid your arms in the straps and let it go to work. It is very powerful, and really does the trick on the neck and upper back area

It was very heavy while trying to do my back and neck; it actually started making my shoulder ache. Other than that it was a pretty good massager.

I snapped this up due to its affordable price and the recommendation from my friend and dance teacher (in salsa on 2, bachata); I am a group fitness instructor (Zumba, HIIT) and fitness enthusiast (power yoga, Afro-Latin social dance) who has not been able to get a table massage in a long time. This small, portable, versatile, and extremely user-friendly massage gun has been a great addition to my self-care/recovery arsenal. I have tried larger massage guns from other companies, but they are too unwieldy for my small hands. The attachments and speeds, as well as carrying case and charging cable make this very easy to transport and use. My parents also loved trying out this massage gun, and I will likely purchase again to gift in the future.

I wondered about the comfort factor when I saw these. I didn't know how good of a massage it would actually give. I took a chance and ordered it for my wife. She loves it. Says it feels great and does a good job. She's happy, I'm happy.

Got this to try on my wrist and hand as carpal tunnel was setting in from excessive typing on the laptop. So far, I have been really happy with how it works and how long it lasts. I'm using it daily on my wrist, and the meaty party of my palm.. seems to be improving so I'm super pleased!! Also, tried it on my lower back one morning and in minutes had relief. Quality seems high and I hope it lasts. A great purchase thus far!!!
