This item was ordered in the evening and the next day, less than 24 hours I had a shipping notification. Super-fast turnaround on a CUSTOM item! I was skeptical, but when it arrived it was perfect. I emailed about the item being made so quickly and the response was prompt and courteous. They sent me a computer-generated image of my engraving. Super Customer Service!

Perfect Gift
I ordered these for two of my instructors who teach at the fire academy. The company was easy to communicate with. I uploaded my art (our patch), and they engraved it onto the axe. Additionally, I had the instructor's names and nicknames put on the axe. Both of the axes turned out great; they arrived promptly. I'll order three more of these.

Nothing custom about the engraving.
Custom Engraving is sub-par; no detail and missing two lines of text. While the item did arrive quickly, a little more time to get the order right would have been an investment. I'm requesting a refund. This was a gift for someone with 25 Years service to the military, and this thing looks like crap. Sad.UPDATED: Within hours of the previous review, the vendor contacted me and had a PERFECT product at my door less than 24 hours later. Highly recommend. This is the type of small business that made America.
