Works great! It's not instant.
This works great for 5.3/6.2L GM v8s. The expander works flawlessly and quick.The seal shrink tool does work, it's just not instant. You have to put it on the seals, let it sit at least 15 minutes per seal. At least 30 minutes total.I started the shrinkage process and installed 8 spark plugs. By the time I was done the seals were set. Actually shrunk smaller than OEM.

Doesnt work
Used it on a injector from 5.3l gm. Didnt work tore up the seals would not resize them. Had to get the offical en- tool to use and that one worked. And the piece that pushes the seal in place was broken on delivery
