FIRM WRIST SUPPORT!! VERY EFFECTIVE FOR ULNAR, MEDIAN AND RADIAL NERVE PAINS
I HAVE PAIN WHEN TYPING ON KEYBOARD, AND THIS STRAP HAS REALLY SUPPORTED MY WRISTS FROM PAINFUL MOVEMENTS. I TAKE THEM OFF ONCE AM DONE WITH TYPING. I TOTALLY RECOMEND.

Slightly large in proximal forearm area,but adjustable. Nice and flexible, provides great support at good price, washes good, i am ordering more. Works even better over kt tape, then can take thumb out of holder and wear all day,night
