Good for the price
I give this 5 stars because I consider a good value (especially as an enthusiast or educational toy). It has decent quality and with two AA batteries installed in the base, works as advertised. For an engineering student like myself, though, this model is far from authentic. Its dimensions are wrong compared to the real Trent 900. Worst, the inside is not really reflective if the real engine, for example, the entire high pressure compressor is missing. There’s a model for sale on Amazon that looks so much more detailed and accurate, but costs over 1,000 bucks. So for its price, this Nikola Toy model is passable.

Nice model. Some 3D printed parts?
Runs a little loud when utilizing DC motor but not a big deal. Great detail. Looks like many of the parts were 3D printed.

baught as a gift for my wife ,was surprised that is also rotates
I get it, I did not read the entire description, but was happy that it also rotates. I bought this for my wife who is a Jet engine mechanic, Veteran of the Air Force. I just was looking for a model of an engine for her.

Garbage.
Garbage. The printed material is extremely thin and too tightly packed to let it spin due to excessive friction. Also, The motor contacts were in the wrong position, so it only tried to spin for a brief second before disconnecting itself. Some of the screws weren’t tightened all the way. The whole thing was beyond cheap: I completely wasted $70 on this and threw it in the trash. I even tried soldering the contacts together and using white lithium grease to let it spin. No dice.
