My family loves the rich, smoky taste of this chipotle ground pepper. I often use it as a substitute for cayenne pepper or mix it with mayo to make a chipotle mayonnaise. Due to expiration dates, I was somewhat concerned about purchasing this in a pack of six; however, the chipotle that I received doesn't expire for another two and a half years, so I am quite pleased. I recommend it to anyone who likes chipotle.

The price is excellent for the organic ground chipotle pepper. The flavor is excellent and lendsitself well to many cooking applications. I have used it in quesadillas, tacos, and fish.
