uncomfortable at the beginning for me
These were uncomfortable to start as my feet needed to get used to a change in arch support. This isn't unexpected since there wasn't a lot of arch support from my old ones. After a week or two this was a non-issue and they're just fineAre they better than others? It's debatable. I don't think they're going to be any kind of game-changer or lifesaver for anyone, but they're good enough for my 13+ hour shifts as a nurse (once I broke them in). My feet and legs still hurt at the end of a shift but no worse than with any other insole I've tried, and less than when I'm squeezing out the last bit of life from some worn out insolesNote: one reviewer stated both of their insoles said "L" on them. They ordered the Large size. There are only a few basic sizes, then each can be trimmed to fit more precisely. It's easy just by looking at them which one goes in which shoe as the arch is higher on the inside edge (where your foot's arch is) than the outside. If you look at the product images you can see an "XS" on the bottom of one of the insoles, proving my point that reviewer did not in fact receive two "left" insolesAnyway, my overall review is that there's nothing inherently bad about these insoles, while also nothing game-changing enough to necessarily warrant a change from your regular pair of insoles. If you're just looking to try a new style, or maybe looking for something with more arch support, then sure give these a try(My personal "Vine Reviewer" mantra: I never receive items I don't fully intend on using within my own actual household. I typically don't write a review until I've *actually* used the item(s) - don't worry I'll be clear if I haven't - and always attempt to give what I believe to be a fair and detailed evaluation. Neither Amazon nor manufacturers/sellers have any input or influence on my reviews whatsoever)

Highest Arch Money Can Buy
We used these arches in his dress shoes and found the best fit inside the lace up style, not a slip-on shoe. More long-lasting and resilient support than cushion. Great money-saving arches vs. Podiatrist prescribed injection molding type. His feet feel good again.

This is probably my 11th insole for the year
I buy a lot of insoles not because they run out, but because I like to have many shoes with each of them bearing a replaced insole. Factory insoles are useless and could potentially be harmful to the health of my feet. In my years of fooling around with foot comfort, I found that immediately replacing the insoles that come with the shoes is the first step. My arch is quite collapsed, so creating a higher arch with insoles is a must. This one is stiff, which is actually a good thing as even insoles can have their arches collapse after repeated use. I used this on my Keens hiking boots and they worked really well on my week-long hiking trip to the national parks in Utah. No sore soles at the end of each day, and I even felt some nimbleness just having these insoles in my shoes while scrambling over petrified dunes and rocks. The color is not attractive, which is a letdown. You could probably find your shoes in the dark with that bright yellow insole! Other than that, I would buy this again for other hiking shoes. Probably not for flat-soled shoes (like shater shoes) that I typically wear to walk the city streets on vacation.

So Far, So Good...
Pros: Fit well—didn’t have to do any trimming for my (size 12-13) feet. This obviously will vary with different sized feet. The insoles are comfortable and well cushioned. They seem to well constructed with quality materials. Only time will tell, however, whether they will stand up to the rigors of my active lifestyle.Cons: These seem to be a little on the spendy side. They are not noticeably better than insoles I’ve purchased in the past for approximately 2/3 to 3/4 the price.Overall, seems to be a solid choice, if perhaps on the slightly expensive side. Only time will tell, however—maybe they’ll last a lot longer than typical insoles?

Saving my feet
These are saving my feet in these last few months of pregnancy. I have high arches, and am in my feet a ton at work. I didn't need to trim them, and I like that they are easy to move into different shoes. They make whatever shoes I'm wearing 10x more comfortable.
