Great support and friendly personnel
When my Blackview Tab80 was damaged, I panicked, which is understandable as I use my Tab80 for a host of things, including writing emails and letters, listening to audio books, reading Kindle books, watching movies, and much, much more. Luckily my first port of call was Blackview Support. That is where I met Liz. Liz was polite, knowledgeable, understanding and caring. She promised she would sort my problem out. And Liz was as good as her word, because she quickly and calmly set everything right for me. Thank you Blackview and thank you Liz. The next time I need a tablet, when sadly my wonderful Tab80 finally dies on me, I will be heading straight for another great Blackview tablet. Thanks very much.

Great tablet
The tablet is a great little device, my son has special needs and it’s been amazing for him toPlay his special educational games on. Unfortunately the charging port stopped working after only 10 weeks, however after contacting the customer service department they quickly responded and resolved theProblem and sent out a brand new tablet without any hesitation.

Shame, I can't get the blackview protective case for my blackview tab 80 as I am still waiting for it to come back in stock.

Be-aware only 4GB of Ram not 8GB as headline
This items heading is deceiving, tablet only has 4GB of Ram, with the option of enabling another virtual 4GB.

Easy to use
I found it quite easy to use. Not used it very much. Unfortunately it has broken. However the company have offered to send me a replacement. I look forward to receiving it.

Perfects as a starter table for anyone
I bought this tablet for my nephew as he is very eager to try and use my phone or tablet which are more expensive for his games and videos, so I decided to get something good and not too expensive for him to own and this tablet is exactly what I was looking for.It looks really nice and starts up in seconds. It has the latest OS and it runs many latest games that you can download with ease. I haven’t noticed any particular lags or issue at all, so I’m very pleased overall, especially for this price!My nephew is absolutely over the moon with it as he now watches his favourite videos on it and can play his games without interrupting my work on my devices.Great purchase
