The media could not be loaded.  Supplied in the colourful packaging box are 4 x 10-piece jigsaw puzzles, each placed in their own specifically shaped recessed wooden tray, which measures approx. 22cm x 18cm.The puzzles are initially sealed in cellophane to prevent the loosely fitted pieces from falling out of their trays, so it would be beneficial to have some kind of storage bag to keep them in once they have been unwrapped.The brightly coloured jigsaw pieces are made from a good quality wood and are a good large size for little hands. Each of the pieces feel nice to handles with rounded edges and smooth surfaces.There are 10 jigsaw pieces in each of the puzzles and they are all individually numbered from 1-10, so this toy supports children to recognise colours and numbers.The jigsaw puzzle pieces lock together well and are a little loose fitting, making it easier for young children to connect them together.Older siblings (and adults!) can enjoy trying to build these puzzles in a standing position. It is quite fun and challenging trying to stand them upright, but I have succeeded in doing this with the boat, crane and Stegosaurus. I am still working on achieving this with the Tyrannosaurus Rex!This is a lovely set of early learning jigsaw puzzles that should last a long time, so would be suitable for nurseries as well. You just need to find a nice bag for storage in order to prevent any pieces from getting lost.The current price of £14.99 makes these jigsaw puzzles excellent value for one money working out at approx. £3.75 each.

You get 4 individual puzzles, each in it's own plastic wrapping. The puzzles are all of different designs; 2 dinosaurs, boat and digger. Chunky shape pieces in a sturdy thick wood. No rough sharp edges or splinters. There was some iffy paint on some of the pieces; cracking and bubbling. 10 pieces per puzzle and each piece is numbered. It's a brilliant way to teach your little one problem solving, help develop fine motor skills and hand eye coordination. Aswell as developing the ability to recognise multiple colours and shapes. The pieces fit together well as they are ment to and fit in place on the board, with a small gap around the edge. The images are painted onto the wood, with the images being quite vibrant. There is a crack on one of the base boards, so time will tell how long it will last.

This wooden puzzle exceeded my expectations and captured my toddlers interest and imagination owing to his interest in dinosaurs. There are four wooden boards measuring 22 x 18 cms, each one providing a pre -prepared shape puzzle challenge of a T-rex, stegosaurus, digger and ship.The clever addition of numbers on each jigsaw piece coupled with shape and colour allows my son to assemble each completed jigsaw in a timely fashion. It keeps his interest and concentration for an extended period of time and has been a really effective way to introduce colours, numbers and shape recognition as well as problem solving skills.This compact jigsaw set have been a great learning experience for my toddler and has been a welcome addition to his toy box.

These come well packed and in a nice bright eye catching box so my first thought is that they would make a really lovely gift. There is 4 different designs all on their own individual board and individually wrapped. The colours are really vibrant and bright and the illustrations are really good too. There are 2 dinosaur designs, 1 boat and 1 digger truck design. The pieces within each are all numbered too so not only good for jigsaw puzzles but great for learning number recognition and sequencing too. Fab!

These jigsaws are great fun and support maths development.Pros- the board is thin but strong- the pieces are chunky and nice to hold- children will learn number sequencing, can talk about colours and about what each jigsaw is, promoting language.Cons- the paint has flaked off round the edges of some pieces but it hasn't affected the overall image of the jigsaw or the pieces. It looks like the image was printed on the jigsaw as it was together and it hadn't been taken apart since.Overall these are great and you get alot for your money.
