Incomplete and used product Sent by seller
Product is sent with missing parts, as per Euroka Forbes technical team, this product is not fresh product, key parts like installation kit, water pipe, divertors are missing. Product delivery was delayed by more than a week. When return request was raised, without any visit, or call verification failed status was updated. I dnt understand what verification is that. When there is no verification at time of selling a product then why verification and what type of verification is required at time of return. Totally dis satisfied with seller and when spoken to Amazon customer service they only talk about enquiry. Very disappointed.
