Final Destination [DVD]

As a fan of horror films, its difficult to find one without it being done before. The premise of this movie and the series is that Death has a plan and even if you intervene it still will get you... As with all the films in the series, it starts of with one of the party having a premonition of impeding disaster. In this movie they are on a flight, and see the plane exploding in the premonition, then some people get off the plane, and then it happens.. So they have avoided it.. or so they thinkBut Death has a plan, so one by one in the order they would have died on the plane a number of freak and inventive gory accidents happen to kill them..and the theme is you cannot escape Death. These get more and more bizarre as the series happens...I just think its a brilliant and original inventive film series, lovely and gory at times

I think we have all seen this by now and know what its about so no need to write to much about the film, lets say the Blu-Ray quality could have been a lot better i didn't see much or any diffrent in picture or sound quality than the dvd version, i would recommend saving money and sticking to the dvd versions but if you love these films and have to upgrade then do so and see for yourself i sure hope there are better improvements on the sequels which i will watch shortly, but as for the movie 9/10 just genius and fun and gory if you havent seen it then you must watch it, it really is great.

Brought this on Blu Ray to replace my DVD. Was it worth it? Yes and no.The picture is sharper, but no massive difference to the DVD, maybe in certain parts it stood out more than in other parts.I was pleased though that there is a cast commentary on the blu ray that wasn't on the DVD.This has always been one of my favourite horror movies from the early 2000s. So I had to buy it on Blu Ray. For what it cost I'm happy.

This film is awesome. Final Destination starts with a high school group going to Paris. One of this group called Alex has a premonition that the plane is going to crash on the plane before take off.Anyway him and 6 others get off the plane and then things start getting weird. It's a very good movie and it is worth a watch. If you like Scream or other films like it you should watch it.

kids go on a school trip to France, one of them has a feeling that the plane is going to crash so seven of them are forced to leave the plane, it consequently blows up on take off. It doesn't end there. They cheated death so the Grim reaper is now after them. One by one he tries to pick them off. fast paced but predictable

Awesome movie, don't let the later ones put you off this one! It's by far the best.Very creepy, violent and a little bit gory. But don't let the old special effects put you off. Fantastic acting all round too.

love watching this film if you want a film to keep you on the edge of your seat watch this !!

Always did like this movie so out at the movie theaters and of course I have the DVD here now it came quickly and I love it the movie and the colors wonderful
