Perfect for Pots
I really like this product. I have Pots and this is great for upping my salt level. It has 1000mg per pill, so one of these is equal to one lmnt or two liquid iv.I just take one with a large glass of water each time. So far, it's working out great. It's so much easier than taking four pills of klaralyte.

I don’t like the taste of salt tablets.
I have not taken salt tablets before so I am not sure if all salt tablets taste like this brand.I don’t like the taste so I am not taking daily… I am taking only when my blood pressure is low.It does help to elevate blood pressure.
