Package came very well packed with no damage to chandelier. This is truly a quality, well engineered light fixture. Every piece fit perfectly. All hardware is included and there were extras of everything. It took me 3 or 4 hours to remove the old fixture and to hang this one by myself and then another hour or so to hang the crystals.I used two ladders, one for myself and one to position the heavy fixture frame on top of it to support it while I wired it. We have 12' ceilings and there is plenty of wire and support cable for a 16' ceiling. The cables are easily adjusted for whatever height you want.There were only 3 crystals that had very small cracks but there were many (10%) with minor defects, nothing you would notice unless someone was looking very close. The person with the review that the crystals were uneven once hung just did not install them properly. There is a thin wire type hanger that just needs to be bent correctly. Once you do a couple you get the hang of it (no pun intended!).My only criticism is with the provided instructions that were incomplete. The manufacturer should have someone whose first language is English backcheck them.My wife loves it and so do I! We priced other crystal chandeliers locally and they were twice as expensive as this one. Go for it, you will not regret it.

The chandelier is very beautiful, I put it in my foyer, but I hired an electrician to install it, definitely it is heavy and needs a time to assemble.

The chandelier is easy to hang up. Some of the pieces were broken off. The light isn't very bright. Overall it looks as shown but not quality made.

Please allow some to assist you with the hang of this item. It involves wiring and making sure it is done correctly so it will look it's best. The picture does this no justice. I love it looks in the front of my home hanging over the stairs. It has long beveiled crystals that you will hang after the electronic and the support wire is hung. those crystals helps to give off a nice amount of light and looks so great during the day when the sun hits them. But even better at night when it is lit up. If you love crystals and shiny thing this chandelier will be just what you need. It also adds a touch of class to the hallway.

This chandelier is WAY more than I expected and I’m absolutely delighted with it! We needed something special for our music nook, and this has the perfect commanding presence I was looking for. It really took it to the next level.We had it installed by an electrician and it took him about 3 hours. You have to hang each individual crystal, so if you’re not the patient type, hire a professional! We have it on a dimmer, so the ambience is fantastic.This is the first item in a long time I can actually say was worth every penny. It has exceeded expectations. It would look good in any decor, it’s modern in design, but having real glass crystals gives it a touch of old world elegance. Don’t hesitate if you’re looking for a show stopper for your home. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

This crystal chandelier has 4 layers of crystal decoration. Each crystal is large and transparent. Its height can be adjusted up to 95”. It is friendly to ceilings of different heights.The package comes with bulbs, so there is no need to extra purchase.Its installation is not difficult. But it does take some time. Install the main body of the lamp first. Other crystals need to be hung manually. Definitely need some patience. But the end result was very good. Very gorgeous and fashionable.​

I can not love this light anymore than I do! It will be very time consuming to hang all the crystals but so worth it in the end! It is absolutely beautiful & not issue with the installation of it. Just still working on hanging the crystals & then I can attach a picture of the finished product in my dining room. It is a gorgeous light fixture!

This is a very elegant crystal chandelier which is adjustable from 17 inches from the ceiling to 95 inches. All of the cables are fully attached and just have to be cut to the desired length. Note that the handing of the chandelier is a time consuming process and it does require at least two people to hang it. The chandelier without crystals weighs almost 35 pounds. The crystals are about 11 lbs giving roughly 45lbs of weight. Very critical that the ceiling light box is properly anchored and secured to a load bearing board to support the weight. Hanging the light isnt the time consuming part. The 135 individual crystals which have to be hung independently will take time. Very attractive and pretty after you are done and well worth the time and investment. I would highly recommend.
