This keeps the psoriasis flakes off of my husband longer than any other product he's tried. The only thing I'd change is to have it in a squeeze tube for easier application. It's hard to get him to put it on when he has easier tubes to squeeze product out of. When you have psoriatic arthritis...hands hurt too badly to use the little application stick without dropping it and making a mess. Love the product though!

I am eternally grateful for this product. I never thought it would be possible to be eternally grateful for a body cream, but I absolutely am.I was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2012. Since then my life has been a careful balancing act of avoiding gluten while maintaining my sanity. But, no matter what I seemed to do, I could not stop my skin from flaring up in terrible rash. Normally, just to make things more interesting, the incredibly itchy rash was localized to my face, specifically around my mouth and/or eyes. My doctors wrote it off as Dermatitis Herpiformis ( a rash folks with Celiac Disease commonly get ) and sent me on my not so merry way.I was miserable. My work suffered, my relationships were stifled. I felt trapped in my own itchy skin and at times couldn't bear to leave the house. I tried every holistic, prescription or over the counter product I could get my hands on, to no avail. Then one day I read about the healing powers of calendula oil and immediately began researching oils and creams containing this liquid miracle.I originally bought this particular body butter because it was 1.) organic ( I've also discovered throughout this journey that chemicals like sodium laurel sulfate and the like make my rash MUCH worse ) 2.) safe for babies ( my rash was on my face, so I wanted something good for sensitive skin ) 3.) a heavy cream instead of an oil ( my rash was EXTREMELY itchy, and the relief of a heavy cream sounded much more enticing than an oil ).When my box first arrived, I slathered this cream all over my face and finally found relief. The itch was gone. After a couple days, the rash started to fade. Now, years later, my rash is totally gone and has only returned when I have run out of this MIRACLE of a product. I've tried other "calendula" products in a pinch, and while they provide some relief- nothing comes close to this cream. I use it religiously, every day. In addition to being a magical cure for me, the cream blends nicely into my skin and smells great. My rashless friends love it too and are always asking to borrow my tub. This works amazingly well!! Unfortunately, I'm an eczema expert. My son suffered through it for many months after being born, and I have super-sensitive, eczema prone skin as well. I just had a new baby girl and she recently developed a terrible rash all over. The doctor said it was a combination of eczema and cradle cap. Having tried many things over the years, I know all natural ingredients, with no harmful chemicals, additives or scents was a must first, as these can all make the condition worse (and cause it to begin with, so be sure you eliminate all potential, underlying causes and irritants first). For eczema flare-ups, I've had luck with Calendula cream, and after some research, decided to give this one a try based on the reviews and safe ingredients. (I religiously look up everything on EWG skin deep site before using it on myself or my baby, and I am so happy to see this cream gets a 0 rating.) After just 24 hours, my baby's skin dramatically improved. I have never seen anything work so well so quickly!!To treat your baby's ezcema, I recommend giving your baby a bath first using a small amount of the purest, unscented soap/bodywash you can find (be sure to rinse well) to get moisture into the skin and then immediately apply a layer of this cream. Reapply throughout the day at any sign of dryness and you should see a great improvement. If skin is too dry to absorb moisture properly, I use a raw, unrefined, grade A shea butter right after the bath (there are several on amazon, do a little research to find the best one) to seal in moisture and then apply this calendula butter throughout the day to maintain moisture.I use this on my face as well, which is extremely sensitive. I have such a difficult time finding a daily moisturizer that doesn't irritate it, and this calendula butter is it! It has a wonderfully rich consistency and it smells great too. After using this for a few weeks, I am reordering some to be sure we don't run out!

Calendula is wonderful.

I use it on my 4-month old baby as she has incredibly dry skin. This cream is very easy to apply and absorbs well. I have tried many products and this one works best. Use it 3-4 times a day and her skin is so much better.The only criticism is the smell, it's not a bad smell, just the smell of Shea butter which is quite strong. It's not bad-smelling though. Also there is a silver line on the outside of the lid. It has came off already and I have used it for less than a month.
