The good features of the are multiple lights colors and intensities. The extras that come with are a nice bonus as well and find myself using the remote shutter quite often. There are other reviews that describe the features of this product and they are spot on. Overall I'm pleased with the ring light.The only downsides are the phone holders and one of the remotes.The phone holder has stick on pads with a standard tape like adhesive. I live in a warm climate and have the phones turned at different angles so the adhesive didn't stick and the phones fell to the floor. The phones won't stay in place without the pads. No pads, phone on the floor.The other issue is with the 24 button remote. It doesn't seem to work with this lamp, so I have no idea if it is broke out of the box or controls something else. The instructions are really vague on this.

.....but I don't think I bought this for that lousy no good tripod with tighteners that really don't tighten but would rather fall apart in your hand. Nope. I don't think I bought this kit -- which does do as advertised as long as you keep one eye on that weak, wobbly and insecure tripod -- to take pictures with at night. Nope. I'm pretty sure I bought this kit for that gorgeous round RGB light. And for its little sidekick, the RGB spotlight. But first, it was super easy to set up. Some reviewers thought it was hard. That tripod had one thing going for it.... it came preassembled. You just have to figure out where to put the attachments. Also I have an average-sized phone that was too big to fit in the holder without taking my case off, so there's that. The notepad holder was too big. So with an emaciated tripod and a show-er but not a grower phone holder, you have yourself a very satisfactory set of LED decorative lights. My playroom is thanking the makers of this so-called photo light set, that didn't offer anything towards actual photo lighting when I thought I'd try a couple of timed selfies. They were still dark and grainy only 5 feet away with the ring set on white light at its highest setting. The tripod had sunk to it's lowest low after 5 minutes of trying that out. So I thought I didn't tighten it enough. Screw all ya want people, they'll all strip and then ya got a permanently sunken ship. And, frankly, I expected to not put any force into my torque arm, and I promise I tried tightening very delicately. These things are just very poorly engineered! I'll use tape if I pull that poor skeleton out of the closet ever again. But as you can see in the picture, my cat on the half moon thrift store find fits almost perfectly into the light loop like they were made to be united. You just unscrew the ball joint at the bottom to be rid of that tripod connecter, and there is a hole to hang it with on the top. Careful! It's delicate too.

It actually shocked me on how bright it is. The pictures came out amazing. Can't wait to set up my green screen to see how it really works. Light that you can change the color on the ring light. Easy to assemble

Not powerful enough for full height videos/ photos, had to return.However might be good for just taking close-up selfies.

This is a great ring light with many different colours and lighting effects, it's adjustable as it has a telescopic pole, attached to three legs.I'll quickly jump into the pros and cons of this as there are some things that are great and others that are kind of annoying, unfortunately losing this a full 5 star rating.Pros:Lots of colours to choose from.Has different lighting effects and it's ARGB so can display multiple colours at once and obviously is able to do lighting patterns because of this.The selection of "white" colours are really bright and definitely more than sufficient as a solo light source when recording or taking photos.It does have a strobe mode for whatever reason, more of a perk than a useful effect in my opinion but it's there should you need one.The stand is fully adjustable which means you can set it at different heights from quite low down to much taller than me(I'm 5ft8 so maybe around 6ft4 for the top of the ring, if I had to guesstimate!)It also has a music mode so if you're wanting some video lighting effects for music or some other sound, it's there. I will say it's not the most sensitive of microphones though.Also has a Bluetooth shutter button!The phone mounts are plenty strong enough to not drop your phone.Con:The remote is way too basic. There are so many different light effects under RGB that it takes you way too long to go through them all, then when you see on that you "might" want to use, you have to cycle through every one of the RGB lighting modes/colours again. It would be nice to have a remote that could use to set the colours you wanted to use and then set the mode you want to use separate.All in all if you are happy with having to repeatedly press the RGB button then this is a great light. I personally would like to see a better remote as the one it has is a massive let down.

Great light for taking instagram images or just extra lighting for close up photos

Delighted with this 13” selfie ring light with tripod stand and phone holder. It’s a really great piece of kit and at the current price of £29.99 it’s excellent value for money.It arrived packaged well however oddly arrived in two separate boxes taped together. The light ring and accessories arrived in a branded box and the tripod in a plain brown box.Everything was easy enough to set up without the need to look at any instructions.The light ring is a generous size at 13” with 52 lightning modes and 48 RGB lighting with 3 regular lighting modes; white, warm yellow and warm white with 52 brightness levels each plus music mode. The light modes are very bright and you can choose to have a single solid colour or a mixture of colours which give it a fun element.The light is powered using a USB cable which you attach to an adapter or any other compatible device.The tripod is durable and study and extends up to 63” once the selfie light ring is attached. You can also tilt the selfie light ring 180°.You also receive two phone holders which are expandable and one tablet holder can support 4 to 10.5” tablet.There are two remote controls; one to control the ring light and the other which is Bluetooth one that takes photos.Overall this is a excellent robust kit which great features and at a great competitive price. Happy to recommend
