Incredible strength, just don’t stick your nose in the packet when you get them and sniff hard to see if they smell of ginger. They do!!!! I’ve had a nagging shoulder pain from sport for 15 months. 2 weeks after taking these and I’m very glad to say, it feels much better, if not nearly gone! Wonderful!

Bought these for my husband to help his psoriasis. He discovered after eating a tin of ginger thins that his skin felt better so I deduced that it must be the ginger! I ordered these ginger supplements a couple of months ago and have now ordered the larger pack. He finds that they help reduce the inflammation of his psoriasis and I have started taking it too as an anti inflammatory for my Morton’s neuroma pain. Not sure if they will help me yet but I am going to keep taking them for a while. Easy to take and not overly large like some supplements.

Ginger is a renowned herb/spice as we know. For me I haven't had a cold/flu for years since using it. My joint pain has diminished as well as bad back, but I do combine it with devil's claw so they may work together. I don't get those awful migraine like headaches in the morning after a deep sleep I was once prone to and my stomach is not bloated after a heavy meal. Works for me very well!

I have been taking these for a few months now (over the Winter) and I've not had a sniff of a cold :-) . They seem to bolster your immune system.

I have beem using these after a friend (a Suffer of Fibromylagia? which i also suffer from recommended them )... there have helped with the extreme Fatigue..

Just crush up a tablet with the back of a teaspoon, put into a mug, add hot water, stir and add honey/your choice of sweetener. Needs a bit of stirring to keep the ginger in suspension but tastes great!

Good for car sickness

I don’t have issues taking large pills and usually take two large ones together.This product however is may too big to swallow easily and will take many attempts!the coating get sticky very quickly so unless you are first time lucky it get harder to swallow
