I have tried a lot of cervical pillows as I have intermittent neck pain. I like this one as it works for both the side and back sleeping I do. It has a cradle for the head and little cut out at the sides for arms to fold around when side sleeping. It is firm. Good quality.

I paid more for this product than another manufacturers. This is a knock off shipped in a bag. You would think a 70 dollar pillow would come in a box and not deflated from being shipped in a vaccine bag only. Pillow never fluffed up firmly. Like sleeping on a half hard

This is a very nice pillow for me as a side and back sleeper. I like the medium size of the pillow, it's not too big, and not too small. The head rest section is nice when sleeping on the side to relieve pressure on the ear. The pillow is well thought out and could easily be rolled back up for travel purposes. This is the second pillow I've purchased from this vendor and I've been very happy with both purchases.

I was contacted by representative from company about trying their new design pillow for free if I promised to give an honest review. I was told that I would be credited the amount of purchase the next day, but that never happened, even after the 3 emails I sent after.I still tried it out for a week and found that the previous model was better than the new one. This pillow was too firm and didn’t seem to support my neck as well. Needless to say I did get my money back, but as a refund from Amazon and not what was promised.
