It works for me. I don't use it as often but whenever i use it, i see a difference.

I’m getting electrocuted every time I use the red option. It’s a whole sport as to how to hold it and not touch any buttons and avoid being electrocuted. (Ps: electrocuted while : hands are dry, face is dry, hair is dry and item is not plugged.)I don’t even think the light options work anyway as described, so I’d say avoid using the red light options. The others work just fine..it’s not a fancy product and the price is quite low so u wouldn’t expect much.But I’d be happy with a refund anyway

I just got the device and it's working fine. However, the EMS program (with the red light) is quite painful to me! It literally gives me a headache and hurts, especially on the forehead (front and sides). I can't handle it more than 20 seconds honestly. I researched online why this could be happening but haven't found anything on the topic so far, so I thought I'd share it here.Beside that, the blue program feels nice with the heat, and the green feels nice on the skin. I haven't seen results so far as I just got the device yesterday.

the item is working but I can’t see the difference yet. So, I rate this in between. I think if your going to use this one you should pair it with really nice face product for better results.

Guys dont buy it its not worth it . Its not exactly whats in the picture, i ordered a white one and they sent me red colour also not exactly whats described here there is no led light or anythingJust a button for ON/OFF also the quality of the product is very very bad 👎🏼 I’m returning mine
