I was sceptical but they really work

I was skeptical when I bought these. My electric bill was almost 400 a month. I order a few and saw a small drop in my bill. So I ordered more so I have one for every room in my house..My electric bill was 163.00 this month with running the heating unit.

Useless!

I purchased enough systems for my entire home and all major appliances. After the first 30 days there was absolutely no reduction in my electrical bill. From my experience, these do not work.
